2021/22 u16 & u19 Winter+Spring High School Teams
MSC will form Boys U16 & U19 teams and a Girls U19 team for the 2021 Winter & 2022 Spring season coached by Senior MSC Coaches – Director of Coaching Matt Myers (Boys U16), Mike Cobb (Boys U19), and Ben Manning (Girls U19). We will focus on accelerating each player’s ability to play high-touch, intelligent, possession-style soccer. Teams will play in a competitive flight of Northern Counties and may dual-card. Team Details
- Boys u16 will be coached by Director of Coaching, Matt Myers
- Boys u19 will be coached by MSC Senior Coach, Mike Cobb
- Girls u19 will be coached by MSC Senior Coach, Ben Manning
- Roster target of 18 players to maximize player match time
- Winter season (Dec-Mar) features:
- (2) futsal sessions at GW’s large gym, (1) outdoor training at Maple when weather permits
- Optional tournaments
- Spring season (Mar-Jun) features:
- 2 training sessions each week 7:30-9 at Maple (TBS)
- 10+ NCSA games
- Optional tournaments
- Cost: $650
- Registration / Tryout Details: Tryouts will be held on Sunday Nov 14th 5-6:30pm at Maple Field, in Ridgewood. Players must pre-register through CommunityPass. Based on tryout, players will be accepted, cut, put on a waiting list, or offered a “training only” opportunity
