With a collective coaching experience of over 35 years, they bring unparalleled expertise to our program, fueling our pursuit of excellence. In their pivotal roles, Ben and Rick champion our club’s mission, placing utmost importance on the holistic growth and development of our players, parents, and coaching staff.
Ben Manning, Co-Director of Coaching

- Performance Phase: Oversees u11-u19 programs (9v9 & 11v11), teams, and player development
Coaching Qualifications / Awards / Education:
- 22 years of coaching experience, 13 in NJ
- BA Honors Business and Sport Management
- FA Levels 1 and 2
- UEFA B
- USSF Licensed

Rick Breheny, Co-Director of Coaching
Area of Focus:
- Foundation Phase: Oversees u7-u10 programs (5v5, 7v7, 9v9), teams, and player development
Coaching Qualifications / Awards / Education:
- 15 years coaching experience, 10 in NJ
- BSC Sports Science
- Director of Coaching certification
- Advanced National Diploma (ongoing)
- FA Youth modules 1 & 2
- USSF Licensed
